COMPANY POSITION

Vietnam Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company was granted a business registration certificate (12th amendment) by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment in 2024. The company has experience in the real estate sector, especially in industrial real estate. Currently, it is the investor of several industrial park projects, including the key projects:

* Industrial Park No. 3 - Nghi Son Economic Zone, investment policy decision issued on June 17, 2024, and investment registration certificate issued on July 15, 2024, with a total area of 247 hectares. Total investment capital of 1,664 billion VND. (Currently in investment implementation)

* Le Thien - Dai Ban Industrial Cluster located in Le Thien & Dai Ban communes, An Duong district, Hai Phong city, investment policy decision issued on July 17, 2024, with a total area of 59.33 hectares. Total investment capital of 915 billion VND. (Currently in investment implementation)

* HD Industrial Park located in Hac Dich Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province with a total area of 450 hectares. Total investment capital of approximately 4,980 billion VND. (Currently in the preparation phase for investment)

* Project - My Gia Urban Area (181.96 hectares) - Zone 3, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa with a total investment capital for zone 3 of approximately 260 billion VND. (Completed)

* Project - My Gia Urban Area (181.96 hectares) - Zone 4, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa with a total investment capital for zone 4 of approximately 231 billion VND. (Completed)
