Approving the environmental impact assessment

On December 29, 2020, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issued Decision No. 2981/QD-BTNMT approving the environmental impact assessment report of the project "Investment in construction and exploitation of infrastructure Technical Industrial Park No. 3 – Nghi Son Economic Zone.

The land area for project implementation has a total land area of ​​247.12 hectares.

The implementation site is at Tung Lam and Tan Truong communes, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province.

During the implementation of the Project, the Investor is responsible for implementing regulations on environmental protection and other relevant regulations; publicly posting the Decision approving the Project's Environmental Impact Assessment Report in accordance with the law; strictly implement the content of the approved environmental impact assessment report.

The decision approving the project's environmental impact assessment report is the basis for competent state agencies to inspect, inspect and supervise the implementation of the project's environmental protection requirements./.
