On April 10, 2021 at the People's Committee of Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa, after discussing and agreeing on the implementation of the project (plan, project implementation progress, site clearance implementation, difficulties, obstacles, solutions to overcome difficulties ...), Nghi Son Town People's Committee, Project Compensation Council, Tung Lam Commune People's Committee, Tan Truong Commune and the Investor have agreed to sign the commitment. clearance progress.

Specifically, the delivery deadline is as follows:

- Handing over the ground for the first time, Lot E3, 18.36 ha, before June 20, 2021.
- Handing over the second time, Lot D3 with an area of ​​​​40.78 hectares before July 15, 2021.
- Handing over the ground for the third time, Lot Dv3, CC3, with an area of ​​​​about 9 hectares before August 15, 2021.
- Handing over the ground for the fourth time, Lot C3, with an area of ​​​​23.78 hectares before August 30, 2021.
- Handing over the site for the 5th time, a part of lot A3 with an area of ​​​​about 10 hectares before September 30, 2021.

The Investor commits to fully and promptly arrange site clearance and implementation funding.
