I. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The expanded Tien Yen town master plan was approved by the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee in 2016. Besides being the administrative and political center of the district, Tien Yen town is identified as the gateway to the sea of the provinces. northern border; As a service, commerce, industry and logistics development area after Mui Chua port, a key area for processing and trading agro-forestry in the region; to build processing centers to serve the development of regional agriculture and forestry; supporting and providing services for economic zones (Mong Cai, Van Don), Ha Long urban area and the northern mountainous area of Quang Ninh province. With orientation on Tien Yen Industrial Park with a long-term scale of about 350 hectares, it is one of the dynamic centers of the town.
However, in recent years, Tien Yen Industrial Park has not been implemented in practice, one of the main reasons is that the Industrial Park has not yet had a strategic investor. Realizing the great advantages of Tien Yen Industrial Park, the investor consortium led by Vietnam Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed to set up a project to invest in construction and business of Tien Yen industrial park's technical infrastructure. III. RESEARCH SIZE:
a) The scope of the study area for the formulation of a construction zoning plan with a scale of 1/2000 of Tien Yen industrial park, Dong Ngu commune - Tien Yen district - Quang Ninh province includes the entire C1 subdivision and a part of the forestry area belonging to the province. subdivision C5 in the general planning on construction and expansion of Tien Yen town, is limited as follows:
- The North borders: National Highway 18.
- South borders: Forest land for production trees (current status).
- The East borders: Forest land for production trees (current status).
- West borders: Forest land for planting production trees (current status).
b) Scale of research and planning area: About 362.17 hectares, including about 350.1 hectares that have been planned as industrial park land in subdivision C1 and about 12 hectares of planned land are forestry land sandwiched between industrial parks and industrial parks. and National Highway 18 (according to the adjustment of the construction master plan to expand Tien Yen town).
